This is Form 2 - Roadruns and Visits
To enter as a Day visitor (Sunday), please fill in only Form 1.
If you wish to participate in the roadruns and visits over the Weekend, please enter using this Form 2
If your Standard is not ready, you are welcome to bring something else - we would still like to meet you!
Please tell us which road-runs and visits you will attend on Friday and/or Saturday, by selecting the visits, If you do not intend to participate in any roadrun or visit, please ignore this form, and fill in only form 1
A Full programme will be sent to all Entrants filling in Form 1. If you only fill in this form, no programme will be provided
26th June 2026 - Friday 12.00 noon on, meet at Painswick Rococo Garden, GL6 6TH. Park in the designated reserved area, as directed. Please tour the fascinating Garden and take lunch in the Café, if you wish. Visit duration 2 - 3 hours Please enter number of garden entrants Please pay group rate entry of £10.95 pp, using this form (Sorry Bookings now closed) Suggested departure is 4pm on a Guided Roadrun of 6 miles to the Cheltenham Chase Hotel GL3 4PB 5 - 6 pm Collect Rally Packs from Reception area 7.00 pm Assembler for Pre-dinner drinks followed by Buffet Dinner |
27th June 2026 - Saturday Draft Programme Staggered Start, leaving the Hotel from 9.30am, at one minute intervals, Guided Roadrun to the Hopewell Colliery Museum GL16 7EL Free Carparking, Café available Optional Underground Tour: Sorry, bookings now closed The roadrun will continue to our main point of interest The Dean Forest Railway at Norchard Station GL15 4ET Park in the designated reserved area. Option 1: Pay for the optional train ride of £14.40pp on this form (Sorry Now closed!) Option 2: Pay for the optional Cream Teas on this Form. Cream Teas to be collected from Café to consume on the Train (Sorry, bookings now closed) |
Afternoon 4.pm on - Guided Roadrun back to the Hotel |
| Gala Dinner In the Evening, those using the hotel will sit down to a Gala Dinner. This is included in the Hotel Package, but is also open to non-residents. If you wish to participate as a non-resident, please use Form 3 |

If you have not yet entered, please pay at Rally Control when you arrive
Static Rally in the extensive grounds of the Cheltenham Chase Hotel from 10am Self-judging Concours for most entry classes Bring and Buy Spares Sales Raffle Prizegiving 4 pm Departure | Food available for lunch from the Hotel |
