Optional Hotel Accommodation
Hotel Package: Information Only): 4 star Hotel Accommodation including Fitness Centre, Pool and Spa. Pets can be accommodated in rooms for a charge. Self-contained Motorhomes can be accommodated in the Car Park and there is no additional charge. To Book: Call Cheltenham Chase Hotel, on 01452 519988 Option 2, quote “Standard Motor Club 2026” Specify Double, Twin or Single, and dates. A Credit or Debit Card number is required, which will be preauthorised when booking but will not be charged until Departure. Additional nights are available on a Bed and Breakfast basis. These accommodation rates apply until 28th May 2026. After that, any unlet discounted accommodation will be released back to general sale and commercial rates will apply. The cancellation policy is that you can cancel with no charge up to 2pm of 17th June 2026. After that, cancellations will be charged the full rate. “No Shows” will also be charged at the full rate.
