Annual General Meeting 2026, and Buffet Lunch

THE NEED TO SUPPORT OUR AGM IN 2026
19th April 2026 at British Motor Museum, Gaydon, Warwickshire (Free Entry provided)
We need to ensure that our AGM is very much a members’ meeting and the first real club social meeting of the year.
| 10.30 am | Gather at the BMM |
| 11.00 am | Road run – departure at 11.00am from The BMM with a 14 mile guided route through the North Warwickshire countryside. All Standards, Triumphs or other classic cars welcome. On return, time for a look around the excellent Museum (free entry). If your classic car is not ready or the distance is too far then please do come in your modern vehicle. |
| 12 noon | On return, time for a look around the excellent Museum (free entry). |
| 12.30pm | (Optional) buffet lunch.Prepay on this form |
| 2.00pm | AGM starts refreshments served during the meeting |
| 4.00pm | Meeting closes |
| 5.00pm | BMM closes |
Please tell us the Number of attendees (free) and the number of Buffets required.
Lunch – Lunch bookings were closed on 4th April. Please contact Lynda on 01727 868405 to enquire if there are any cancellations that might be available. Alternatively the café is open on site.
Meeting – our Members’ Meeting and AGM will start at 2.00pm and follow the usual format with plenty of time for questions and feedback. Your committee is very keen to hear your ideas and suggestions. The meeting is expected to finish by 4.00pm. Complimentary tea and coffee will be served half way through the meeting.
Attendees – It is appreciated that this is a one-day event and attendance may not be practical for those members living long distances away. However, for members living within a reasonable driving distance we really need your support and ask you to make a real effort to attend. Furthermore, it would be good to ‘fly the flag’ with as many Standards and Triumphs and other classics as possible in our line-up for the road run at 11.00am.
More details of the day will be published in the February and March editions of the Review but in the meantime please put the date of Sunday April 19th in your diaries now.
