These are Universal Remote mounting Brake Servo Kits for vehicles with Single Circuit Hydraulic Brakes ONLY.

Available in two versions Type 1 for vehicles with Drum Brakes on all wheels and Type 2 for any vehicle fitted with Front Disc Brakes whether factory option or more recent conversion.

Kits are intended for Professional installation but can be fitted by a competent amateur subject to the following.

These are NOT vehicle specific, locating brackets are for "best fit" options and may need to be altered or replaced with fabricated mounts. All supplied Brake Pipe Unions are Imperial threaded as suits original Standard fittings but supplied pipes may need to be shortened. Sufficient Vacuum Hose and Clips are supplied as is a BSP Threaded Manifold adaptor, your inlet manifold will probably need to be drilled and tapped. Similarly access to Pipe Flaring Tools and Pressure/Vacuum Brake Bleeding equipment may be required.

Fitting instructions are supplied and must be followed in particular in regard to the positioning of the Servo and bleeding the system after installation. Remember Brakes are Safety Critical

Type 2 has been successfully fitted and tested on the 8 and 10 Spares Co-Ordinators much modified Triumph Vitesse with excellent results. The second photo shows this fitted for indication of size.

REMEMBER a Servo will reduce the required effort applied to the Brake Pedal. It WILL NOT compensate for a defective or poorly adjusted braking system.
