Oil Filter Adaptor Kit - 12 Engine with drain pipe

This adaptor kit is designed for 12Hp Engines up to 1938 with Teclamit Oil Systems that use a Pickup/Drain Tube within the bowl housing the oil filter. These filter systems need to use the "star-shaped" felt filter, which is generally unavailable at the length required.

To overcome this issue the Club has procured slightly shorter felt filters and has manufactured a small spacer to take up the gap. The aluminium spacer has a slot cut in it to accommodate the pipe.

The arrangement is shown in the illustration and this can be clicked on to show an enlargement. The kit comprises the spacer block (with square cutout), a felt filter and a choice of sealing "O" ring  3.00mm x 85.6mm x 74.6mm

Please check before ordering that your car has a drain pipe within the oil Filter Canister

If you have no drainpipe, your engine is later and you should use adaptor kit PW103
