Carburettor for Standard Flying or 10 and Flying 12- 30FAI

Rebuilt SOLEX Downdraft Carburettor for the Standard Flying 9 and Flying 10, and. with modified jets also fits the Standard Flying 12

Reconditioned carburettors are to fit Flying  9/10/12 only when fitted with a Solex 30 FAI. If  the car is fitted with a Solex 30 AIP  this is not suitable for exchange  as some of the parts to recondition these are not available.

The price of the eachange carb is £210.00, plus £10 carriage, both including VAT

We no longer take a deposit,  as customers have failed to return their used carburettor for refurbishment, if we were to let that continue we will run out of stock!

Therefore the procedure is as follows:

1. Pack up your own exchange carburettor carefully

2. Send your exchange to Brian Parkes, 22 Monument Lane, Chalfont St. Peter, Bucks, SL9 0HX

3. We will examine it to identify if it can be refurbished. If so,

4. We will send a quotation based on the cost shown above right. If you wish to proceed just sign off the order using a credit or debitcard

5. If your carb is beyond repair we will ask you what you want to do with it and refund your payment

6 If the Carb is returned to you, the refund to you will be less the cost of postage

UK Carriage of £10.00 will be added. For orders from abroad, the carriage will be added to the quotation
