Test fitted to my own Standard 8. Straight forward mechanical job to remove your old unit and in fit this unit and easy to follow wiring instructions and SC specific fitting guide. As members may know I have previously been undecided on the value of Electronic Ignition but I have to say I was wrong. Eve now starts from cold almost instantly on less than full choke and can idle without choke in seconds. There is a definite improvement in torque across the rev range and the engine runs more smoothly and is quieter. This will be one test fit I am keeping.
