50's 8, 10 all derivatives Original Design Oil Filter

The original Oil Filters fitted to all Standard SC Engines along with those of several other manufacturers was a poor item with filtration achieved by passing the oil through a hessian bag inside the canister. In recent years these have usual been available as NOS items from Autojumbles but the Club stopped selling these when Four such items purchased at a show emptied dirty engine oil over the volunteer's dining table.

Today the situation has changed and although not exact replicas Modern Cotton Element Filters with original screw fitting and seal are being produced and the Club offers them here at a competitive price.

These are Brand New items and work in the same effective way as the Modern Spin On Filters as fitted with the Club's excellent upgrade kit.
